These terms govern the independent Growth Partner relationship with Aipify Group AS. By registering as a Growth Partner, you agree to these terms.
4. Brand Representation
Growth Partners represent Aipify products and services and must follow Aipify Group AS brand and conduct guidelines.
5. Certification Requirement
Growth Partners must complete required training and certification before active selling rights are granted. Certification applies to Aipify product and sales training only.
6. Commission Program
Commissions are calculated according to Aipify Group AS partner rules. Commission structures may be updated by Aipify Group AS according to published partner terms.
8. Compliance
Growth Partners must comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
1. Independent Business Relationship
Growth Partners operate as independent business operators. Growth Partners are not employees of Aipify Group AS.
10. No Income Guarantee
Aipify does not guarantee income. Earnings depend on partner activity, customer purchases, retention, commission rules, and active partner status.
7. Customer Ownership
All customers belong to Aipify Platform. Growth Partners receive attribution and commission only. Growth Partners do not own customers.
9. Account Suspension
Aipify Group AS may suspend or terminate partner accounts for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, brand misuse, policy violations, or illegal activity.
2. Tax Responsibility
Growth Partners are responsible for their own taxes, VAT, accounting, local reporting obligations, and registration with relevant tax authorities in their own country or jurisdiction.
